Anthem Community Park facilities and amenities are managed by the Anthem at Merrill
Ranch Community Council, Inc.
The amphitheater and ramadas are available for rental on a first-come basis.
Anthem residents must be in good standing to receive resident rental rates.
Reserved facilities have priority usage.
Portable grills are not permitted at the Community Park.

We are pleased to announce that the Del E. Webb Memorial Softball Stadium, two new multipurpose fields and the new Concession building have been turned over to the Anthem at Merrill Ranch Community Council! Thank you to everyone that attended the Grand Opening of the Stadium and Congratulations to the Anthem Diamonds team for winning the Championship!
Anthem Residents who wish to utilize these amenities may do so on a first come first serve basis, at no cost up to 48 hours in advance in two-hour blocks. Note that the softball stadium will always be locked, so to play at the stadium, please contact the Parkside Community Center front desk to check availability and reserve the field and check out a key. Anthem ID card and valid driver's license is required for key check out. Keys are to be returned the same day as reserved before the Parkside Community Center closes.
A Field Rental Request Form must be completed for Leagues, Team Practice, Non-Resident Reservation and if Residents need to reserve field lights, the concession building and after hour key rental. A form can be downloaded from www.ouranthemmr.net > Community Governance > Documents > Community Council Documents > Park Facility Rental Packet.
Reservation form, deposit and/or fees are required for after hour key rental, ballpark lights and concession building rentals. After hours rental is any time outside of the Parkside Community Center operating hours.
We are also excited to announce that we have partnered with San Tan United Sports Academy who will begin offering recreational & competitive soccer, softball as well as flag football at our Anthem at Merrill Ranch fields! 1. Anthem Community Park is a private park for use by Anthem residents and authorized guests.
2. Reserved Ramadas and fields have priority usage.
3. Requests from Anthem management must be adhered to in the interest of public safety, health, and welfare.
4. Food, drinks, gum and candy are not allowed in splash pad area.
5. Appropriate swim wear and swim diapers are required in splash pad area.
6. Glass containers are prohibited.
7. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited except by special permit.
8. The park is a smoke free environment – smoking is not permitted.
9. No motorized vehicles on park pathways.
10. Pets must be on a leash at all times. Please pick up after pets.
11. No pets on playing fields or at community sponsored events.
12. Firearms or weapons of any type are prohibited.
13. Amplified sound is allowed, but volume must be kept low enough so not to disturb other area users and adjacent residential neighborhoods.
14. Use of special equipment (tents, moon bounces, etc.) must receive prior approval from Anthem management.
15. Roller blades, bicycles, and skateboards are prohibited on all areas except pathways.
16. Overnight camping is prohibited.
17. Open fire is permitted in park barbecues only. Completely extinguish fire before leaving.
18. Hitting golf balls in the park is prohibited.
19. Persons that intentionally damage or vandalize park’s property will be prosecuted.
20. No Trespassing by unauthorized persons or by anyone outside of the park’s hours of operation. Violators may be subject to prosecution. A.R.S. 13-1502.A.1
