One question that a lot of residents ask is, “Why does the HOA let non-residents participate in activities and events?”  Of course, guests of residents are welcome at most of our activities and events, but occasionally we will allow non-residents access to participate.  Our resident base is still relatively small so we often enter into contracts with instructors and organizations to provide services that we would be forced to cancel due to lack of participation.   By allowing non-residents to participate, usually with a premium attached to the fee, we are able to continue with the programs and services you expect as residents of Anthem at Merrill Ranch.

This is a short term situation, and we will always allow residents first access to any programs that we offer.  If the residents cannot fully support the program, then we will open it to non-residents.  Once we have more residents in our community and the resident base can support the programs and activities, we will no longer allow non-resident program participation.
