The Main Navigation Bar shows at the top of the page:

This is where you will go to navigate through the site. We'll go through the Personal Tab in this section of Help.

This Tab is where you will find everything pertaining to your personal information. Here you will find links to your Homepage, E-Mail, Groups, and Address Book. From this tab you can also access My Calendar, Add Personal Events, and access My Profile.
